PhD student position in economics at Labore

­Labour Institute for Economic Research LABORE is looking for a PhD student in economics for the institute’s PhD incubator. For the selected person, Labore offers a three-year funding, supervision and research infrastructure for completing his/her doctoral studies and thesis.

Successful candidates are required to hold a PhD student position in economics at a university and receive supervision from a named faculty member. Priority is given to persons who have successfully completed the core courses of PhD studies and who are interested in applied research in labor economics, public economics or macroeconomics. At the moment, our primary interest is in recruiting a researcher specializing in the study of macroeconomics or innovation-based growth. The selection will be based e.g. on recommendations, study performance and the topic of the thesis.
