In the crosscurrents of societal interaction and transparency of research results
Abstract
Increasingly more, faster, and higher-quality information is needed to support societal decision-making, governance, and operations. Societal interaction has also been defined as one of the key tasks of universities, alongside teaching and research. In Finland, research funding models have therefore been changed during this century in order to better meet society’s information needs than before. (AI translation)
