Purpose of processing personal data
The data in the Talous & Yhteiskunta subscriber register is used for managing magazine subscriptions and customer communication. The data is not used for commercial marketing purposes.
Content of the register
Customer’s first name, last name, organization, delivery and billing address, email address, subscription type, number of copies, subscription year, and payment details.
Sources of data
Contact and customer data in the register are obtained when the customer relationship is established and during its course from information provided by the customer to the data controller. Contact and customer data are deleted after the subscription ends.
Transfer or disclosure of data
Data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA and is not disclosed to other organizations.
Data protection of the register
The register is maintained using an electronic information system. Persons processing the register data are bound by confidentiality obligations. Access to the system is protected by usernames and passwords. There is no manual (paper-based) material.
